How long do the meals last for?
Our meals have a fridge shelf life of  3-4 days (each meal has a specific use by date)

Can meals be frozen?
Most meals can be frozen, to check which ones are freezer friendly, please contact us directly. Meal can be frozen for up to one month. Defrost meals fully before reheating

How do I reheat/cook meals?
Meals take 3-4 minutes to cook in the microwave. Always ensure meals are piping hot through out. To cook meals in the oven, transfer your meal to an oven proof bowl or plate and heat until meal is piping hot through out

Do you have allergy and ingredient information for each meal?
A list of ingredients are listed on our menu page. Macronutrient breakdown can also be found on our menu page and is also printed on each meal label. If you suffer from any food allergies, please contact us

Can you create macro specific meals?
Unfortunately we don’t currently create macro specific meals, all of our meals have a set macro count. However, if have any special requirements or requests contact; enquiries@thegoodnesskitchen.net

Can you cater for small businesses?
Yes, we offer catering for small businesses, to discuss your needs, email enquires@thegoodnesskitchen.net

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds will only be offered if food is not fit for consumption upon delivery

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order, up to 2 hours after your order has been placed. Any cancellation after this time will incur a 100% cancellation fee

What happens if there is a problem with my order?
if you have any issues with your meals, delivery or service contact us as soon as possible

Do you sponsor athletes, sports people or others?
Sponsorship options are considered and on a case to case basis
